Who processes the data

The controller is Primanor OÜ (registry code 11528750), Papiaru 14, 44317 Rakvere, Estonia, e-mail info@primanor.ee, phone +372 5300 6569.

Contact form

When you send us a message through the website form, we process your name, e-mail address, phone number (if you add it) and the content of the message. We use them only to answer your enquiry and to prepare possible cooperation (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

We keep the correspondence until the enquiry is resolved and for up to one year after the last contact if no cooperation follows. If a contract is concluded, we keep the data as long as contractual and accounting obligations require.

Enquiries sent through the contact form are delivered directly through our Zone.ee server to our e-mail without third-party forwarding services. You can equally write to us directly at info@primanor.ee.

Cookies and analytics

For visitor statistics we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited). It sets the cookies _ga and _ga_* (valid for up to 2 years), which distinguish visitors and count page views and actions (for example sending the form or tapping the phone number; the message contents and your contact details are not sent to Google). Analytics cookies are used only with your consent, which we ask for when the page opens. Google may also process the data outside the European Union; Google LLC participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Your choice (accept or decline) is stored in your browser's local storage for 12 months. You can change it at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the page footer. If you decline, no statistics are collected and any previously set _ga cookies are deleted.

The website uses no other cookies. Fonts are served from our own server.

Server logs

The web server (hosted by Zone Media OÜ, Estonia) records the time of the request, the IP address, the requested page and the browser type in a technical log. We use the logs only for security and troubleshooting, and they are deleted automatically after a limited period.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict processing, object to it and withdraw consent. To do so, write to info@primanor.ee. If you believe we have processed your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee).

Changes

If the processing changes, we will update this notice and state the new effective date.
